Can-Am Gymnastics Club follows Gymnastics Canada's Can Jump Program. Can Jump is divided into 12 levels with emphasis on individual development and porgression. Your child will work on the three events in the Trampoline and Tumbling Discipline of Gymnastics: trampoline, double mini trampoline, and rod floor tumbling skills and drills. All classes are co-ed. Can-Am Gymnastics Club strives to offer fun, challenging classes modified to meet individual needs within the CanJump Program while following Gymnastics Canada's philosophy, "Fun, Fitness, Fundamentals."
CanJump Girls and Boys Age 6-7
This class is for children who love to jump and bounce. Expect to increase physical fitness and spatial awareness. Children will learn a variety of shaped jumps and rebound off different body parts to keep class challenging and fun. This class includes trampoline, double mini trampoline and floor tumbling drills and skills. This class is recommended for gymnasts with little to no experience. Classes are 1 hour in length once a week.

CanJump Girls and Boys Age 7-9
This class is for children who love to jump and bounce and are ready for additional challenges such as adding twist and rotation to basic Trampoline and Tumbling skills. Intermediate classes will introduce more complex skills and routines. This class includes trampoline, double mini trampoline and floor tumbling drills and skills. This class is recommeded for gymnasts with some experience or those who have been active in other sports.
Length: 1.5 hours/Once per week
CanJump Girls and Boys Age 10-12
This class is for children who have some experience on a trampoline in a registered class or in the back yard. Children will learn more advanced skills, and learn skills in sequence to perform basic routines. This class includes trampoline, double mini trampoline and floor tumbling drills and skills.
