Can-Am Gymnastics Club follows Gymnastics Canada's CANGYM Program. The CANGYM Program is a skill development and evaluation program for Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics. This program is used as a way to monitor progress and motivate gymnasts. We are proud to keep up with the evolution of gymnastics by using the most recent version of this program that was collaborated on with Kyle Shewfelt, Canada's Olympic Gold Medalist on the Floor event at the 2004 Olympic Games.
Can-Am Gymnastics Club strives to offer fun, challenging classes modified to meet individual needs within the the CanGym Program while following Gymnastics Canada's Recreational Philosophy, "Fun, Fitness, Fundamentals."
Please note that children are placed in classes based on their age. At the end of each 12 week session, each child will receive a report card clearly indicating which skills they have been learning/attempted or mastered in the class.
