Fall Session Update:
Dear Can-Am Recreation Families,
As you are aware, the COVID-19 situation is one that changes quickly and requires equally quick decisions to ensure the health and safety of our members.
We are still waiting on clarifications from this week’s announcement. Because this is time sensitive, Can-Am has re-worked the programming schedules so that all of our athletes have an opportunity to maintain majority of their in gym training.
Saturday and Sunday classes have 2 classes remaining. The management team has decided that we will extend the session and some athletes will train on alternate Saturday and Sundays in to December so that we can do our part in minimizing contacts. We feel it is really important for the athletes to finish out this fall session. Our children need physical activity and we can provide a safe space for them to enjoy fitness and play. We have emailed out a schedule to everyone, so please check your email to ensure that you have received it.
Tuesday & Thursday classes only have 1 class remaining and will run as scheduled. Wednesday classes have 2 remaining and will run as scheduled as well.
We thank you in advance for being flexible and understanding during these times of uncertainty.
Thank you for support.
Sheralynn Steele and Chelsey Salmaso
Registration is OPEN!!!
The session begins January 16th
Self Assessment Tool
We ask that you refer to the Saskatchewan COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool and follow its recommendations before attending classes.
The link can be accessed HERE.
We ask that you continue to be diligent and remember that athletes, parents/guardians and coaches should not enter the building if they present any signs or symptoms of illness.
With the colder temperatures around the corner we will return to using the main doors for both drop off and pick up. Masks and hand sanitizer continue to be required in this high traffic zone.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions
We can't wait to see you in the gym!!
Can-Am Gymnastics Club would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our sponsors. As a non-profit organization Can-Am relies on donations to be able to purchase new equipment, educate and certify the coaching staff, and provide top notch quality programming to participants of all ages in every program.
